  • Working with Alex has really changed how I approach so many things in my life

“I tried coaching before and found the advice very generic and vague but working with Alex is like meeting with a friend. Alex uses her lived experiences with ADHD to be able to truly understand and offers strategies and advice that are personal and practical to fit my life and my family.

Alex is very passionate about ADHD and really champions women to understand and embrace their true selves. This is such a contrast to the years of shame that I and many other women with ADHD have experienced.

What Happens on an Intro Call?

Please don’t be nervous at all, is my message…

There’s nothing to fear. There’s a reason you’re thinking of reaching out, and I’d say well done for even hovering over the “Book Your Intro Call” button.

It’s a big step to make, even if you feel hopeful. I promise that you won’t finish your call with me feeling any worry, pressure or confusion. I don’t hard sell anything at all. I want anyone I speak with to think that they are fully in control and are happy with the decisions that they make.

If it is possible that you would rather meet in person, then I am happy to accommodate you where possible.

On the call, we will chat about what you’re hoping for, I can tell you a bit about myself, and we can see if we are a good fit. I can answer any questions you might have about how coaching works.

If, for whatever reason, you’re keen but not sure about working with me personally, I am part of a fabulous community of coaches and will happily link you with someone who is a good match for you and your journey.

Oh, and allow for our call to run over time. I do my best to stay on point, but it’s an ADHD thing that I’ve learnt to embrace, and I want to give the best value to you during any interactions we have.
