What happens on an Intro call?
Don’t be nervous at all is my message.
There’s nothing to fear. There’s a reason you’re thinking of reaching out and I’d say well done for even hovering over the “Book Your Intro Call” button. It’s a big step to make even if you feel hopeful.
Click here for more info about what happens on an Intro call.
I promise that you won’t finish your call with me feeling any worry, pressure or confusion. I don’t hard sell anything at all. I want anyone who I speak with to feel that they are fully in control and are happy with the decisions that they make.
I have found my “why” in life and only want the best for others who have had it rough too.
If you would prefer a face to face zoom call with camera on or just to see me but turn your camera off, I just want you to feel comfortable with whatever works best for you. If it is possible that you would rather meet in person then I am happy to accommodate you where possible.
On the call we will chat about what you’re hoping for, I can tell you a bit about myself and we can see if we are a good fit. I can answer any questions you might have about how coaching works. If for whatever reason you’re keen but not sure about working with me personally, I am part of a fabulous community of coaches and will happily link you with someone who is a good match for you and your journey.
Oh and allow for our call to run over time. I do my best to stay on point but it’s an ADHD thing that I’ve learnt to embrace and I want to give best value to you during any interactions we have.
What My Clients say
Testimonials received from Adults, Teenagers & Parents who I have Coached
“Alex understands ADHD and how it impacts Teenagers. What’s more she’s able to explain it’s impact to parents who are often struggling to understand their Teen child.
Alex was able to offer our child insights and greater self awareness at a time when they were just starting on their journey of finding out that they had ADHD.
This was so helpful at a time when our family was in crisis”.
“Alex the only adult who understood me when I was struggling.
She always listened to what I had to say with an open mind so I always felt comfortable speaking to her”.
“Alex was brilliant at making me feel like I wasn’t overreacting or even imagining things I was stuck with.
I felt like I was able to work through things at my own pace and make decisions rather than be told what I needed to do.
I’ve remembered so many words of wisdom and I keep on sharing them with other people as they have made such a big difference in how I see myself”.
“Alex is an extremely caring and patient individual. She is an excellent communicator who works hard to build positive relationships with young people. Her wonderful outgoing and friendly personality allows for open transparent and meaningful conversations which helps to support and guide young people with neurodiversity conditions.
Alex had a huge impact on our teen in secondary education, providing them with therapy support, mentoring, coaching and advocacy as they worked their way through secondary school. Her empathy, compassion and emotional support created a safe space for our teenager to be heard and understood the impact of which contributed greatly to their overall wellbeing in and out of school.
Over time, their self-esteem and resilience increased and they were able to focus on new life skills and personal goals.
Alex’s support and influence helped our child to manage their condition effectively which in turn inspired them towards a bright and meaningful future”.
