Often we can find ourselves on the edge of burnout, with our emotions overwhelming and difficult to manage.

Procrastination, boredom or losing track of time can affect us negatively. We can struggle to find balance in our lives and feel like we’re always on “catch up”, unable to keep up with every day demands that others seem to find effortless.

Life hacks, expensive apps and planners rarely succeed in having a long term impact so the burnout cycle continues.

You’re not alone. Awareness, research and understanding around ADHD is ongoing and yet so many individuals remain unclear on the countless ways ADHD symptoms may show up and affect them every day.

Life can feel overwhelming with its constant challenges, from managing transitions and career hurdles to personal growth and relationships.

We also live in a time where social media is promoting low-cost ADHD coaching qualifications that can be gained almost overnight.

In turn, people who are at their most vulnerable may not end up being supported in an appropriate and safe manner.

I have lived experienced of ADHD, and of navigating life, work, relationships, and parenthood through this lens. I can provide clarity as to why you may have struggled in the past.

With this knowledge, I’m able to tailor support that focuses on executive functioning challenges, enabling you to access unique approaches that will work for you.

Through individually tailored life coaching, I can help you tackle those everyday obstacles with practical strategies and actionable steps.

Together, we’ll break down your goals, build your confidence, and create a plan for overcoming challenges that might be holding you back.

Along with my personal and work background, I commit to continued learning, development and supervision in order to provide the best for my clients.

My method incorporates and focuses on the Executive Functioning research, which recognises that there can be an up-to-30% development delay in Executive Functioning skills for those with ADHD.

This means that other forms of life or career coaching won’t always work for people with ADHD.

Areas of Executive Functioning affected:

  • Self – awareness
  • Motivation
  • Problem solving
  • Impulsivity
  • Emotional Regulation

I will help you to identify where you might be hitting challenges with these, and will equip you with tools and techniques to explore these further and ultimately take action to mitigate and manage them for yourself.

Coaching is an exploration of, and investment in, yourself.
